Gonzalo is a violinist and has had a variety of leading orchestral posts, includig being deputy leader at the CBSO under Simon Rattle. Gonzalo is associate leader of the ENO orchestra. He is a senior orchestral tutor at the RCM junior department. He is now developing a conducting career and conducts the Abbots Langley Orchestra.
